I am a Professor and Researcher with a singular focus: understanding how artificial intelligence, generative systems, and immersive technologies are adopted, adapted, and transformed across diverse cultural and institutional landscapes. My research spans Europe, Latin America, the Arab World, Southeast Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent — examining technology acceptance, digital transformation, and human-computer interaction in higher education. Now, I am bringing this expertise to Africa. I am joining the AAP Bridge community with a clear mission: to replicate, refine, and culturally adapt my research on AI in higher education to African contexts. I am not here to import models — I am here to co‑develop them with African scholars, educators, and policymakers. I want to understand how African institutions perceive, adopt, and deploy AI tools — and how these technologies can be harnessed to advance equity, access, and excellence in education across the continent.
