Pioneered by the SUNY COIL Center, Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) is an educational model that fosters online intercultural teaching and learning between universities in different countries. Michigan State University’s Center for Global Learning and Innovation, Alliance for African Partnership, African Studies Center, and Tanzania Partnership Program are launching the fourth COIL Faculty Fellows Program-Africa cohort.
